PTC sites are really true? / myLot

i joined one PTC site which have a sign in bonus of $500 dollars. after i've signed i checked my earnings and it has a balance of $500. $500 dollars converted to philippine money is a big amount already. i wanted to withdraw it but i can only do it when a reached the minimum payment of $10, 000. this offer is too good to be true, isn't it?

the more ludicrous the earnings they promise the more wary you should be. try trekpay, ive heard rave reviews about it and it's legit.
