color paint on the walls

Back at home my parents like more pastel colors so its a lot of beige, light pinks, blues, and yellows. Our bathroom back home is a periwinkle color but my younger sister did somehow manage to get them to allow her to paint hers orange. In my townhouse down at college by room is a light purple with a real deep dark purple for different widths of stripes through the middle of the walls. My roommate did hers a baby pink with black accents everywhere. Our downstairs kitchen we did a country yellow with red and green accents on all the little odds and ends. Finally our living room has a dining room connected to it. It's ceiling is slightly dropped so to make it feel like a box we did that a dark navy blue and the living room which is huge is a sandy tan color. Its a beach theme for there so we have this huge net that hangs above our couch with fake star fish and shells tied in. Hope that gives you a few ideas.

Hi, pop We have white walls. I live with my parents and it is absolutely a no-no to change the wall color even in my room. That is ok with me since we know that our house is an investment and if we get a good offer, my parents are certainly selling it. I am hoping the proceeds of the sale of our house will be their retirement fund, so that they could live comfortably as they get older. Have a nice day!
