DownLineBuilderDirect.com, scam or legit?

We can discover many PTC or paying site from traffic exchange. But, most of them, i don't know they are scam or legit. Now, i found DownLineBuilderDirect.com, but no discussion have been done in mylot before. So, anyone have experience with this site?

i think i visited this site long back and ofcourse its scam check for payment proof before joining any site then join
