I have a cousin and usually when he comes to look for me during the day and I am sleeping he calls me "sleeping beauty " because he said he has difficulty sleeping during the day .Now this is not something that I can understand because I can sleep anytime and especially during the days if I am tired .The heat might be a problem but not for too long because as soon as I hit that pillow and open my windows ,I am good to go. So do you have problems sleeping in the day ?

Sometimes I may have a nap in the afternoons but not often, don't really get the time.In the summer I doze in the chair if it is hot.you are very lucky to be able to sleep like that.If I do doze off during the day I normally end up feeling awful and fuzzy.

I do, I don't even hardly take naps during the day, for some reason I just can't sleep when its daylight outside. I would have to be really tired or sick for me to sleep during the day, there's just too much going on I guess and I think I might miss something..lol.

Rarely do I sleep in the day. I have to be very tired for me to sleep during the day.Or if I am sleep deprived I will sleep during the day. I can also sleep any place too in any setting. I sleep deeply and would you belive that I enjoy this aspect of life? Ronnyb I should point out to you that you should try and sleep as much as possible during the night as research has revealed that sleep allows for repair to the body and certain hormones to become active. Research has also shown that sleeping in the dark helps to prevent cancer. Enjoy Sleeping, become a "Beauty"!

You're lucky because I'm the complete opposite. If I nap during the day, it's impossible for me to sleep at night. I've had insomnia for as long as I can remember, and once I form some sort of sleeping habit, if I mess with it even a little, for example by sleeping an hour or even two later than I should, then my entire sleeping pattern gets messed up, and it becomes impossible for me to sleep right after that. My mom can also sleep any time she wants. She can take the longest nap during the day and still be able to sleep 8 hours straight at night. So, I wish I was like that because there are moments during the day where I could definitely use a nap, but if I give in, I have to get ready for a rough night :(

I have no problem when it comes to sleeping anytime especially during the day. it looks wierd when every other person keeps telling you where you spent your night because of sleeping occasionally in lectures. Maybe i think it has got to do with your volume to surface area ratio..

yes i also sleep anytime anywhere but i didn't get a good because my mind is full with the tension of my work. i only get a best sleep when when i am getting very tired after my work. sleep is very important for good health but in our today's daily life we leave very less time for sleep. have a nice day and good sleep

trouble in sleeping actually it depends that how many hours you sleep. for a normal human being it is very complesory to complete 8 hour sleep if one has already sleep for this much hours then sleeping for more hours will be very dificult though it is day or nigit. if you are tired then you can sleep in the morning as well and even you can sleep in the morning and night for long if you are mentaLLY TIRED.

I can sleep if I'm tired. Otherwise, i can't fall asleep. Being in a warm, sunny room makes me sleepy.

I dont like to sleep when its daylight out. The light bothers me. I have to make the room really dark to sleep. It drives me wild when people sleep with the tv on - the light changing keeps me from a less than deep sleep.

I cannot sleep during the day, it is very difficult for me no matter how had I try, how tired I am, I just can't sleep. I have insomia and even when I am not tired at night I find it difficult to sleep. I wish I were like you, i would like it.

Yes,m I can not sleep during the day. I have had some nights that I did not get much sleep but even then I still could not sleep during the day. I just had to want until that night and go to bed early after it is dark and I would go right to sleep.

I think I could sleep standing up if I had to! I am generally quite sleep deprived so I have no problem taking a nap anytime and anywhere. The heat does not affect me either. I am a very early riser and, because I don’t always go to bed as early as I should I find myself often taking a nap during the day. No problems there!

No I can sleep during the day easily, but I also worked night shift for 4 years so thats the only time I could sleep, unless I had the night off.

I personally think that different people sleep for different reasons some sleep because they are tired, some sleep because they are extremely bored, and others just enjoy sleeping and I think that everyone must sleep in order to function properly and get things done during the day,and I am one of those who loves to sleep, and I sleep as much as I can which is not always a lot since I work a lot,and sometimes the only times I really get to sleep is on my days off and we have other things we need to do as well,so I do not always get to sleep as long as I would like to,even though me and my wife do try to sleep in until at least eleven am before we get up and I have always been a night person I would rather sleep during the day and stay up at night, and I have never had any trouble sleeping during the day.

I got used to it already after working most the time on night shift for the past four years. Night sleep is way better though but sleeping during the day is some skill I already acquired :) Sometimes it is still hard to do though so I make sure my curtains are thick to block of any form of light. Simply put I try to imitate night during the day
