For sure the 2010 year will come soon, I promise you that.
As usual, this year (2009) will end on 31 december and 2010 will start imediatly after. This is sure thing and nothing won't happen to change that, cross my hearth, everybody I speak about confirmed.
So, everybody like to have a next year calender. Same to be hang on a wall, some would want poket calendar .. and some may want a desk one.
How about one you can make yourself with allmost no cost and one not so commun ?
All you need is:
- a A4 bussines card cardboard;
- scissors;
- a bit of glue;
- a printer (you can use any black/white one, od home, public library, from work ..);
- 10-15 minutes.
Start your computer, go to the web address is at the end of this and complete the very short form there (5 select lists), click the download button, print the result on A4 cardboard, cut and fold, glue and there you are: you'll have a nice desk calendar and everybody will envy you and ask you from where you buy it
Good luck !

Good lick, Cynthia. If your first will prove not to be very "handsome", do it again.
Tip: get a EMPTY pen, one is not writnig anymore. Get a ruler. Use both to "draw" a line on dotted lines, but don't press VERY hard. This way you will pre-fold and will make things easyer ..

@R, I'm usually called Cynthie! Thank you for the extra advice. I did download it but need a paper that is heavier before I try it. Am going to use a coloured paper and will make extra to give away as small gifts. will try out a few tomorrow or at least one and see how it goes. Blessings

My dad makes a family calendar and puts people's pictures on their birthdays. As for me, I get enough free calendars in the mail that I mostly just use those!

True but it wouldn't be the same as the ones that Dad makes. Still I might try it if I have a little time.

Hi raul. I make a number of calendars every year. I make a page for each month which can be used more or less like a diary, with room to write appointments, events etc and school and public holidays are marked. Each month has family photos or nice scenes on the flip. It takes more work, but it makes a nice gift. I'm sure a lot of people will be thankful for the download one.

That's cool I like being able to do stuff like this sometimes.

That seems very interesting, a 12-sided calender. . . One for each month
It looks a bit confusing, at first glance. I'm sure that if I look at it longer then I will understand it more.

and fold and glue and go round looking for a printer when we don't have a library. I can just ask my son the date when he comes home from school.
