Walking is the Best Exercise

Do you believe that walking is one of the best exercises you can do? If you are a busy person and don't have time to go to the gym for exercise then you can do exercise by walking for at least 30 minutes a day and it will help you become active the whole day. It also burns some calories and excess pounds. I have tried it already in going to my office instead of riding I preferred to walked because it's just a 5 minutes distance to my office. I've noticed to myself that I felt active and my bulging belly was gone. I become slimmer and sexier.

You know I think that depending on your actual fitness goals, your current fitness level, etc. that walking probably is the best exercises for MOST people. Really any activity is ideal as long as it gets your heart rate up and you break up a sweat. For myself I actually prefer to walk mixed in with running. I'll walk for a bit at a face pace, then increase my pace to a run for a few minutes, then will go back down to running. I find this burns much more calories than say, walking alone. If you're outside then hiking or walking up hills is even better than walking on a straight incline, something to consider also. I just enjoy any activity that gets me out of the house whether it's walking, running, yoga, etc.

I think so. Walking is part of what we do everyday. Going to the gym is sort of a hassle especially to busy people. Walking is maybe the best thing there is to busy people. Walking for me is not only an exercise, but it is at the same time a relaxation. When I walk and just enjoy it, I don't only sweat but my mind is refreshed, especially if you are walking in a place where the scene is very nice.

hi rosey! yup your right, walking is one of the best form of cardo exercise and well all know the healthy benefits of it and besides it's cheap compare going to the gym...but now most people neglect it and give attention for there health..
