How often do you go on grocery shopping?

Once I was working near a big grocery shop, every other day I go on grocery shopping in order have everything fresh on my fridge. But when I move to other place, it takes me a month to shop because I don't have enough time to buy, and that was real hard for me. How about you? How often do you go on grocery shopping? what are the things that you often run out on your shopping?

Every two weeks, I make a big grocery shopping day. Then in between we get bread, milk, whatever else we might run out of.
