Help on link exchange / myLot

I want to know about the link exchange sites. I want to place exchange links in my blogs page. Can you tell me what are the best exchange links sites? And does it really increase traffic? because I'm new in this area please try to give a detail reply. Thanks a lot!

I like a site called link referral because it guarantees visitors who actually visit your site and comments and reviews n rates it in exchange for your review on each others sites,ongoing process,also i use linkbucks to place adds in my blog,(brief write up about them in my blog)same as you n hundreds of others who have made blogs n paste all their referal links n detail all their money programs.good luck on your blog.
