if you had to loose one sense, wich would you choose?

as you know, there are 5, sight, smell, touch, taste, and hearing.
if i had to choose, it would be tough, but, i would choose taste. I do love food, a lot, but if i lost any other one it would get in the way of making music, so it would have to be taste. what would you guys choose?
