Which traffic exchange site do you consider best?

These days, almost every one of us has got a website or a blog. We use it to get more referrals to the websites we are members, we use it to have fun, we use it in many many ways. But ofcourse we also want to get visitors. So we post threads in forums and many other stuff. But the best way to get visitors, FOR FREE, is traffic exchange sites.
Which one of these many many sites do you consider best? Please also take into consideration the earnings.
My favourite one is EasyHits4U, just because it has a low cashout, only 3$, and because I earn money while getting UNIQUE VISITORS.
