You shouldn't skip on meals, especially breakfast as the energy you get from that meal would be used for your activities for the whole day. I suggest you cut down on the servings of your food. Try eating small portions of food five times a day so you wouldn't starve. Protein actually won't make you gain weight, it helps in muscle building. Avoid carbohydrates like bread, potato, etc.

damn no do not avoid bread and potatoes just count the portion in your 1500 calories, one slice of whole wheat bread or one potato is not high in calories at all andthe whole wheat is whole grain, the potato is full of vitamins, include just eat smaller portions. do not leave out stuff just watch how much.

cutepink__13 starving yourself will not make you lose one ounce as the body will hang onto the fat as it thinks you are starving. never go below 1500 calories to be safe, eat healthy fruits veggies, lean meat, whole grains. and get some exercise. do not starve yourself as it will not help you lose weight. be sensible and stay on 1500 calories a day. you will lose gradually and slowly is best.

i did more walking and some how just ate less, it's working slowly but i feel better for it. try to changing and cutting out some things like sugar in your diet. i started with taking it out of my coffee, my partner still tries to give sugar in it. the only soft drink i really drink is the energy drink mother. but i live on water, most the time. best of luck.

cutepink the experts in medicine say you should never go below 1300 to 1500 calories for a day, so eat lo cal veggies and fruit, lean meat, and wholegrains and exercise some every day. but try to stick to 1500 as that will give you enough food to keep you from starving, the idea is to lose slow but steadily' not more than six pounds a month,as doctors have found if you do that that way you will seldom gain it back.
