problem with FastCashPTR??

are you a member of the ptc sites named as FastCashPTR??well i think this is also a legit site because this is been paid certified program...but today when i tried to open this site then getting failed to do so...because there is a sentence shown.....this hosting account is suspended in this domain.....what does it mean??is this mean that the site is goes closed??please if anybody know then help me...
