Can you suggest a web host that asked for very cheap fees, i do not like free host but just cheap host cause i am thinking of putting a movie site with movie reviews trailers for new movies and reviews with movie on it, also anime and etc... and i will also put some ads of course so i can generate income and a donation button. And of course free banner ads space for my friends here online. And a page like "ebay" where people can download and but some stuffs. So can you suggest a webhost that can give a very cheap offer but not free... cause dont want some host they are too much expensive.

GoDaddy is the best web-hosting in my opinion, the domains are cheap and the hosting is very affordable. You also get a large amount of features for your money, including PHP support which will allow you to use scripts.

HTML and PHP are kind of similar. They are both coding languages, but PHP is more complex than HTML. If you're familiar with the WordPress blogging software at all, it's all built using PHP.

To give you a little more information than vdanger127 did, Webs.com is a site that offers free hosting. They also have premium hosting services, which cost anywhere from $49.95 per year to $249.95 per year but do not offer the bandwidth or storage that you would need to host a site like you've described. Personally, I would suggest looking into a high-volume webhost that offers dedicated servers. With a site like you want to create, you may run into problems with some hosts' terms of service, and using shared hosting would probably not be a good option in the long run. I have heard good things about GoDaddy.com, so you may want to start by seeing what hosting plans they offer. I think they cost something like $15 a month for unlimited storage and data transfer.
