Is menopause stage in men also or only in women?

Menopause stage can this be seen in men also? if so in whom the menopause can be seen first is it woman or men? Who have more effect on them? who suffer more with this? How can one overcome this stage in there life? Who reach menopause early men or women,Always heard that she has reached to a menopause stage what about he?..........thank u...happy my lotting....

medically i dont think we go through menopause but we do have
emotional changes and stuff which can be like it
but they are not the same thing though

There is also a stage where men reaches that kind of physical changes, and Physicians called it Andropause.
