Why people do swimming ?

Swimming is good for the health and its increase the stamina speed also increase by the swimming

Yes, swimming is really good for the health. I used to swim mainly to lose weight and to build stamina and endurance. Some, I heard swim to strengthen their lungs. I think swimming is even advisable for those with asthma (as long as it is not exercise-induced asthma). There are a lot of benefits and it is fun as well.
