Dude, you gotta try to stop drinking too much of that. Maybe its just a phase since I also had a time when I drank at least a liter of Coke a day(no joke). Im just glad that I stopped with that phase. There are too many health issues that could arise in the long run if you dont decrease your soda intake. Probably the most noticeable 'symptoms' would be tooth decay and yellowing of the teeth. If you could also try to observe your collar, there might be some yellowish residue left. That's the acid from your sweat. That's how much acidic these sodas can be. As for major health illnesses, I think diabetes would be the most likely illness that you can contract. So do be careful, try to eat healthier in the future.

sorry for the late reply,i was busy after posting this topic an didn't get the time to check back. anyway im already trying to decrease the intake of this kind of drink but mostly likely im gonna able to stop it (lol), i guess its part of our daily life now. but to reduce the intake would be atleast spare me from the illness. i don't have any problem with eating healthy foods since i ate vegetables of all kinds and all meats (except humans or not edible stuff)lol. getting diabetes would be the least that i don't wanna get in my entire life. i already saw people that has diabetes and i really don't like it. have a nice day.

Its good that you eat healthy and decrease your soda intake. Those healthy foods can help in fighting the effects of the soda that you still consume. Take care always.^_^

Soft Drinks:What Are The Health Hazards Of Soft Drinks? (noorclinic.com) There are so many health hazards of soft drink that hardly any system of body is spared. What is the composition of a soft drink? Mostly… filtered water, phosphoric acid , carbondioxide gas, refined sugars, additives, peservatives, artificial colours and caffeine(black drinks…cola) Teeth and Gums: Just imagine exposing ur teeth to acid?.... it just dissolves the fine shiny layer of teeth that is enamel…it erodes the teeth… The sugar in it helps bacteria to multiply…result is dental carries Obesity/weight gain Due to excess sugar and refined sugars in it… now about Diet Drinks… Yes they have so called no calories in them but they have artificial sweetner in them (asparmate) that just don’t give any calories but does increase apetite and one aet more after words. Stomach and git: Because of phosphoric acid in it it interfere with the natural acid of stomach and causes indigestion , bloating(transient swelling and fullness of stomach).. Also you are drinking acid and stomach is the only part resistant to acid all the rest of gut is not so in acidic environment created by soft drink it caanot absorb healthy nutrients and malabsorption occurs. Lack Of Nutritive value: Soft drink have replaced milk and juices which have healthy vitamins and that are lacked by soft drinks.. Central Nervous System: Due to caffeine in it especially black coloured drinks sleep pattern is disturbed especially of children Kidneys Increased phosphate levels increases work load on kidney to excrete it to maintain optimum levels.. Osteoprosis : Due to phosphorous in it , it tends to remove calcium from bones and makes bone weak and with passage of time in those who are regular users of soft drinks Skin.. These are also supposed to have bad effect on skin as increase the oxidative(bad molecules) substances in body.. hmm, but i still drink soda

Hi RdSantos, Soda is not a healthy drink because of its high sugar content. It's okay to have it once in awhile but not to have it daily and be addicted to it. The worst that you can get is diabetes.
