Virgin Mobile Question

Okay I just got the new Rumor 2 for VM. I tried to go to sites where you can download free ringtones but none of the sites work. They supposedly download but then don't play. They also aren't saved to my phone. Does Vigin mobile not participate with this? Anyone else having this problem? I tried myxer.com and some other one. Nothing works. My husband has Cricket and it works fine from his phone.

I have a VM phone as well. I only download additional ringtones from the VM site and I have not had any problem at all with that. I've never tried any other site but I would think if you write to the Virgin Mobile customer service they should be able to help you out.
