How do you see yourself five years from now?

The above question is normally asked to job interviews. Of course when we are asked that question, we answered in a way to impress the interviewer or the person whose questioning us. But reality, without the purpose of impressing... how would you answer that question? Five years is a bit short to create a BIG improvement in your living. But five years is long enough to change your perception in life.
