Have you seen this? $3M just to show up?! He doesn't have to win the tournament, he just has to show up. I guess, there are advantages to being no. 1 in the world huh? Makes me want to drag my sons out to the golf course and play a few rounds. No wonder a lot of people are trying to get in this expensive sport! Do you play golf? Do you have kids who might be a protege? How much appearance fee would you require?

I don't play golf but FIL and grandad do. We don't have kids yet. Now as for how much I would charge, I'd probably only charge like $5000 to show up... I think even that is a ridiculous amount, but I don't want to be laughed at for asking for only $100.00 either so.

Hey, just give me tickets and accomodations to go down under and I'll be set. They don't even have to give me extra days after, because I am sure that after the first or second round I won't be able to make the cut. They'll just have to show me where the beaches are, then I'm all set.

Sorry, he was playing in Australia. They paid him that much to make the trip and play there. Although he was in China the week before. I've never been there, but I imagine the beaches there should be great.

In my case they would have to pay me not to make an appearance. Not only do I do not play golf I do not know the abc of this game but I admire Tiger Woods specially because of his fondness for his mother he he he!!!

Well this just show that some guys have all the luck in the world. But playing golf puts you at risk at getting hit with a golf club if your wife caught you doing a little hanky panky LOL. This is on the news now that Tiger met an accident and one of the angles being looked into is that his wife hit him with a golf club over some marital problems. I'm glad i don't play golf. I can't even understand how the game works.

I bet he would gladly pay $3M for a disappearance fee, right about now. By hiding behind his handlers, his just fueling up all these speculations about his hanky panky! Thanks for dropping by.
