How does your body reacts when you are tense?

My stomach would come rumbling and I need to go the the toilet more often as my body releases more fluids from my bladder which makes me "pee". Aside from this, everybody would fell and hear the pitches of my voice going up and down and a little sweating on my hand. Otherwise, you cannot see any body manifestation for me in a tense situation.

When I'm tense, my hands sweat a little and my chest tightens. I find it a little harder to breathe so I have to remind myself to keep my breathing in check so I don't hyperventilate.

Yup! And everybody knows when I'm tense. It shows on pitch of my voice. thank for responding.
