I love Edu, fun to watch him as host of Game ka na ba, but as Vice-president? For me it is too early for him to run for VP, from mayor of Makati then now Vice-president? I am not even sure if the people of Makati love him while he was a mayor, for when he ran again he didnt win and Binay's back at the office. So what do you think? Ishe going to make it?

Hahaha, looks like there are a lot of fellow Filipino mylot members disagreeing with this than cheering. I am not sure if it is on DVD already. I am not sure too if Edu is fit as a politician. He is popular but only as a host. I dont think this is a good move.

I'm a bit surprised when I watched it in the news just a while ago. I think he is not yet ready to run for Vice-president no offensement. I don't think he going to win but let us see.

The whole Philippines is surprised I guess. I was in shock too, I was not even expecting it is coming. I feel that too agv, that he is not yet ready, not just to run but for the work itself. He was not as affective as the chairman so why does he think he will be effective as the Vice-president.

Is it conformed that he is running. I thought he is planning to run for senatorial position this coming election. Well it is his right to run then why not. I am thinking that he should first try to seek for lower position and from there he could aspire later in his political career. I feel he is too young and needs more exposure and experience before seeking for a higher seat. Will I support him if he runs for VP? Nah I don't think so.

I hear it on the news that he will be the running mate of Gilberto Teodoro Jr. also known as "Gibo". I heard it is confirmed, though I agree with you that he should first seek a lower position before jumping in a much higher chair like VP. He has a lot of exposure as a host but not as a politician.

I am having an impression that administration is really getting hard in finding a good candidate for VP. it is only gibo that seems to have a good name and so far they are really getting hard on getting the support of many good politicians in here.

I don't think he did an excellent job as Chairman of the Optical Media Board... and i did not even know that he became mayor of Makati... so i don't think he will do good as a Vice President candidate... there are other politicians more experienced than him... and the position is quite big for him to handle...

I agree with you that he is not good as the chairman of the Optical Media Board, and I was shocked reading that you are not aware that he became the mayor of Makati. Sounds like he is just popular being the cool host of Game Ka Na Ba. It was lonely not seeing him anymore every lunch but I dont think that he will get the support of the Filipino people with this.

what??!! is it a showbiz piece of news? i think the filipino voters have already matured and learned that putting showbiz personalities into office is not fruitful to the people. in the last election, two of the most known and popular superstars were not voted by the people. richard gomez and cesar montano failed to make it to the magic 12 of the senate. i hope the voters continue to be vigilant and meticulous on the choices of public officials who will really serve them.

I think Filipino voters are more aware already of what is happening. not all good actors are good politician. And a Vice-president is really a big shoe to fill. Not yet appropriate for Mr Edu Manzano. I wonder what comes to his mind why he said yes... He is not the popular as a politician yet. Yes, with Richard Gomez and Cesar Montano failed at the last election and that was only for Senator, I dont think Edu can make it on this one.

Hahaha, now that does sound like a new game show? He is the running mate of Gilberto "Gibo" Teodoro Jr. He and actor Bong Revilla are the two actors they are choosing to run as VP. I agree with you on there are many artist already running with politics, but there are ones who serve the country better than those politician.
