What breakfast makes you more/most healthy?

Hi Frens, I'm the person who love to have fruits and juice anytime. Even in b.fast i always add fruits like apple, papaya, banana and all along with the milk, brown bread and butter. Recently, i started notice whenever i took butter with bread it makes my skin more oily and acne comes out. Is there would be any reason on this. Its a very surprise thing to tell even milk also me problem not every milk but the milk which contain more cream not the tonned one. This also creates me to attract more acne. I have stop taking those milk and sticking in those lighter one(tonned one). Eggs is again another problem otherwise i really love to have. How about you. What brealfast you usually take ?

for me healthy breakfast has small amount of carbs, protien and fiber, try legumes like baked beans but take it in a small amount, dark chocolate also helps reduce acne because dark chocolates has low GI (glycemic index) and it boosts the serotonin levels in the brain that reduces stress that can help get rid of acnes..

well , when i think about my breakfast , i would love to eat boiled eggs , and half fry..........sometime s, with bread, and some coffee or may be juice , if ill get it.........thats it , this is a nice start for me

I usually eat two eggs,a cup of milk, a bowl of oatmeal porridge. I think they are healthy food,I like to eat, because I can guarantee protein supplement,they give me power and health.

I always have fresh orange juice, sliced papaya and pineapple at breakfast. At other times, I have cereals and dried fruits with milk. I don't drink milk everyday. I only have omelette eggs during the weekend. I also make my own smoothies at home. Fresh and healthy. I also have a vegetable juicer at home which I consider the most sacred among my kitchen gadgets. I love combining carrot juice with cucumber, good for cleansing your system and good for the skin, too.
