Do you censor what your kids watch? If so, at what age do you stop censoring them? My daughter is already grown up, but I just wondered what other peoples parenting styles were and not that it's any of my business, I just thought, it's kind of interesting how lenient some people are and how some people are very conservative about it.

My hubby and I have seven children ages: 16, 14, 11,7,5,3, and 15 months. We are very conservative in what they are allowed to watch. We have televisions in the living room, office and our bedroom but only use one for family viewing in the living room. The other 2 get used rarely. We believe there is way too much stuff that is inappropriate for anybody to watch. Even on regular channels. Our motto is that if it is not okay for our children to watch then it isn't okay for us to watch it either. I am shocked by what some parents will let their children, from toddlers to teenagers, watch. We try our best to guard our children from those things that may harm them and that includes television. Believe it or not TV shows can be and are a major influence in young peoples' minds and lives. Sincerely in Christ, Leesa C. Eph.2:8,9
