it's true if you mix your skim milk with chocolate syrup it will strip off the calcuim?

That is not true. Chocolate just mixes with milk and gives it a great taste. Plus it's even better for you. Might add a little fat. Enjoy it.

no bart that is a silly myth milk has calcium and chocolate has bioflavinoids in it both of which are really good for you. so enjoy and be healthy, just keep your weight under control of course.

I don't think so. I always get the chocolate milk mix that has calcium added to it so that I can get in a little extra though out my day. It also helps that it makes the milk even yummier than before!

yup i agree with you, it will be more cremier, i thougth so, i doesn't really affect the calcuim content of milk..thanks!
