Prs. Obama received an invitation to attend the celebration of the 20th Anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall. Instead he "called it in", literally. While the videObama seemed to be well recieved at the celebration, it hasn't gone unnoticed in Europe that he didn't bother showing up himself. What pressing situation prevented Prs. Obama from personally attending the marking of such a momentous event in modern history?

Obama: Well, I'd like to take this opportunity to say how important I am. Bet you thought you would never see me, huh, biatches? Oh, and which wall was this again? Yes, okay. I'd like to give a shout-out to the Chinese. Y'all did a good job of building this wall. The rest of us:

Also, all the news media seem to have forgotten that it was Ronald Reagan ending the Cold War and demanding the wall be torn down, who actually got it done. There was never any mention of him in any of the reports I saw. Obama gets a Peace Prize for what he is talking about maybe doing and Reagan was ignored when he actually did something and ended the Cold War.

Clearly this wasn't as important as trying to get the Olympics in Chicago.
