Halloween 2009 not as good as years before?

haha i wouldn't be surprised... last year i was sitting on my neighbors porch helping to hand out candy as I am too grown up I can no longer go trick or treating (wouldn't look right) I ended up watching the action from there.. and i would have to agree with you halloween night that night was pretty slim... about only 100 trick or treaters then in previous years... why i remember a time in 1991 when we had about 1200 trick or treaters and boy what a memory that was... it was busier and people seemed to have more time on their hands to take their kids trick or treating... now it seems that as you've said not much motivation or candy.. a couple days after halloween where i live whatever candy isn't given away to trick or treaters or eaten by the people who bought it.. is donated to the local food bank.. :O talk about stupidity.. since when does candy count as something you can give away to starving families.. its not even healthy let alone nourishing..
