Do you know someone who shakes a lot? Or do you shake a lot? If so, is it because of a nervous disorder? or is it some other type of illness? I have gone through different times in my life where sometimes I shake more than others. My brother-in-law tends to shake constantly. I was just curious if there are others who have this problem. And if they have been diagnosed.

I am one of those people that you can easily tell that I am nervous as well. I will shake and can't hardly hold a pencil straight enough to write. LOL

I've heard that it is good to take a deep breath and count to ten. I've also heard to try to imagine people in their skivvies, but I still seem to shake. Even when inside I don't really feel that nervous.

Cannot say I have ever had this condition. But I did have a friend that suffered from Turrets syndrome. So he would shake even in his sleep. I haven't seen him in many years. And last time I did he was on medication to control the shaking.

I have heard about people who have Parkinson's disease that shake a lot as well. Turrets is a bad syndrome to have as well. I hope that your friend is doing well, and maintaining with his medication. Thank you for your response in this discussion, and have a great day here on myLot!
