I am 23 and some think I am 16 to 18 years old. I have this issue as well and it's hard when I have people who work under me. I try to adjust and "Act" mature, not to mention that I wear more mature looking clothes around the office. Maybe you can start with that.

Good to know that you want to have a matured look..I just read an article that helps an individual to get a matured look at associatedcontent.com..Here are few tips to help you: If your office has a casual dress code, make sure that you are not showing up in T-shirts and sweatshirts. Logos, cartoon characters, and slogans are particular no-nos. Whether your dress code is casual or business, your main focus is to ensure that your clothes fit and are flattering to your body. Avoid clothing you see out in the bars. Look for tailored items whenever possible. If your salary can't support a decent wardrobe, visit thrift stores near wealthy neighborhoods or visit auction sites online. You will often find new clothing with the tags still attached for a fraction of the regular selling price. Never show up to work in anything wrinkled or covered in pet hair. Get yourself an iron and a pet roller and learn to use them. A sloppy appearance will only encourage the perception that you are just out of college. Men with a youthful face can try growing a beard or goatee. The trick is to ensure that you appear well groomed while doing so and to avoid styles associated with college boys. If you are not able to grow facial hair without patchiness, don't do it. Patchy beards will make you look more like a teenager. Women should ensure that eyebrows appear groomed and any excessive facial hair is removed. Hope this helps you..

For people to precieve you to be older it doesn't just deal with looks. It's about your attitude as well. You have to have confidence, be tactful, respectful a whole list of things. Also if you are just concerned about looks then get a few suits or some nice blazers and dress nice. Do NOT dress in low cutting revelaing tops or short skirts or shorts. Sometimes it takes a little time for people to take you seriously it doesn't just happend over night and it's not a hard thing to do! Good luck with being older!

well, its good to have a good young looking face i think. what make you older is how you choose your style and your personality. your personality is what makes how mature you are. but if you want your face to look old. i have a ways for you. but its not a good ways i think. you can start smoking and sleep late. keep your beard and mustache.
