I need a new mouse pad. How about you?
Usually, I see giveaways for mouse pads at different events. They are used as promotional items a lot. But, usually I don't need one, so I don't pick one up.
Now, I need one. It makes me feel like I should have picked up one of those freebies and put it in storage for when mine wore out. LOL
What about you? How is your mouse pad? How often do you wear one out?

That's a pretty good question raisur. I have seen some people who go without a mouse pad. For me it would be inconvenient, because the mouse pad keeps the mouse away from all of the papers on my desk. LOL Plus, it keeps it from getting dust or anything else on the bottom of the mouse.

I think mouse pads are weird items, they are used as promotional items and gadgets and given away for free very often, but should you ever want to buy one, then they are evern expensive, here they never go below $10...for just about the same thing that was given away as a free gadget!! Lol, I think I'll never really understand what's the thing with mouse pads!

I think I have seen them for a dollar or two at some of the dollar stores around here. But they were very thin and flimsy, in odd colors, and just plain without anything written on them. However, I may end up with one of those in the near future just to get me by. Even though I know it won't last me that long.
You have a good point about how expensive they can be (for a good one) even though they are given away as promotional items. LOL Odd!

We have or had several mousepads. We have two now as one is being used for the desktop the other for our laptop. We don't wear them out very often, but we do use the computer and laptop on a daily basis!

I'm not sure how many I have been through now. The last one, I don't think I completely wore out when my mom got me a new one for Christmas. This one has the ergonomic wrist pad, so I started using it. I really would like to have another one because it is in really rough condition now. Maybe someone will notice and get me one for Christmas. :)
