Life of Twins... questions asked and experience

Those who see identical twins have questions like this : SILLY ONES
How do parents identify / diffentiate both ?
If one is suffering from cold or fever will the other one get medicated unknowingly?
If one gets headache does the otherone too get ?
Once you get engaged, how wd the guy ideantify you ?
Friends share your experience here being twins / questioning twins or what other questions you get seeing twins...

I have a set of twin grandsons, and I don't see them that often, but I distinguish them by; one being left-handed, and he also has a small birthmark mole on his right cheek!
The right hander is usually carrying a little extra weight on him, and you can usually tell him apart! My daughter says that she can tell them apart by the tone of their voice, also!
