What is it we love about The Simpsons so much?

The family, the town, the clown, what is it about the simpsons that make you like them so much. Or can you not pick just one thing. The longest running animated series is quite an honor. Somethings got to be right in the combination. What do you think it is.

I think it's everything....I've grown up watching them all my life. It's almost like it's a part of me :)

the most i like off the simpsons is that it's got humor for adult but also for children , the little joke's (plots) that are in these episode's can humor children but also adults and it attacks mayor company's and the government in a silent way on there mistake's
it's just fun to watch as a child and now u see the attacks to the mayor company's and the goverments.

i love The Simpsons because it makes my day so refreshing. :D although, i knew that it was just a cartoon it gives people the idea that no matter how odd their actions may be, they still stick together as a one happy family. i find every episode cute... :D
