Today, I simply need to ask questions regarding to my phone number from AT&T 1 - 800 number customer service. Surprisingly, I have to wait at least 15 minutes on the phone, due to high volume of phone calls during that moment. After I get in touch with the customer service operator, she seems want me to rush, and the questions I asked she seems not listen well, or she simply move on to next phone call? I understand there is a high volume of calls, but she should take care of the customer at the call first. I am truly disappointed with AT&T, did you have similar situation before?

hi clorissa! i know how you feel rigth now, i worked for one of the top wireless communication service here in the state, though we always expect a large volume of call especially on friday 'till sunday, and maintain our talk time there's exception with our policy and that is 'one call resolution', as customer service we make sure every issue is resolve so the customer will not call again hence lowering down the volume of call. for me i always ask myself "is the customer satisfied", before i can take another call, now my advise for you is get the representative id number and talk to there supervisor so they can properly address your concern if the agent is not doing his/her job....maybe the agent is aftering the quantity of call he/she can take within the day but not the quality...

Well, I simply want to ask questions, and if they can do it for me that will be terrific. On the other hand, she should not talk to me with a rush tone, to treat me like a born yesterday something like that. I would definitely felt offended.
