there is a friend of me who alwalys like to make relations with unknown people but i don't like this i want to know that is he right.

AFTER A LONG LONG FRIENDSHIP STILL WE DON'T EVEN TRUST SOMEONE EASILY.
THEN HOW COULD YOUR FRIEND TRUST SOMEONE WHOM HE DOESN'T KNOW EVEN!
FIRST HE SHOULD BE FRIEND....THEN THERE MAY BE A RELATIONSHIP OR MAY NOT BE!

I make the relationship with unkown person on basis of what the person is, if they are kind, I will.
