Yes, it is true.
Checkout counter tabloids often are sources of rumor mongering. Sometimes they are not. Here's a link to a story of speculation concerning 0bama possibly having lung cancer.

I say pray that 0bama does not have lung cancer and that if he does, pray he gets well.

Yes, I say let us pray. Obama is the president of the United States. There is so much for him to attend to. The world is depending much on this country. Cancer is a dreaded disease. We would not wish it on anyone.

Decisions, decisions...
While it is tempting on the one hand... then we get Biden, who would wind up being impeached or worse over his stupidity, which would leave us with Nazi Piglosi... otherwise known as most deserving of national slapping.
Best to pray for his survival just long enough to finish the only term he will ever get, and then let God's justice win out.
Hopefully we will have a strong conservative that can clean up the sorry mess Comrade 0bama is making of the country.... Kinda like Reagan after Carter... except even Carter wasn't this bad.

If Obama were to die, Joe Biden would become the president...this much is true. He would also immediately appoint someone to replace him as Vice President and, if he could not finish his term for some reason, that person would become the President...not Nancy Pelosi.

And where does it say that the Speaker of the House would become the President as you originally claimed...before your posts were removed? 
I may have neglected to go into the specific details with you...used "appoint" instead of "nominate"...do you think I have nothing else to do other than correct your many errors? According to what you posted about Pelosi stepping in...your card is laminated!

I wouldn't wish lung cancer on anyone. However, I think those juicy cover stories on the gossip magazines are just teasers to get people to buy them and read the stories. It probably isn't true.
