adult kids with problems

I really need everyone help i have a 33 year old son that needs help all the time with money i all ready let him live in my rental house and i pay the note and the insurance on it he does work but does not make enough to pay the house note/ins or buy food. i am a widow so they just come to my house to eat and i do all the cookin. but here is the new problem the woman that he had a baby with walked out a year and half ago but now she is coming around whating to see the baby and inforce her rights on the joint custody paper which cost me 1500.00 to get and now he needs another 1500.00 to get full custody of the baby because she is on drugs and she just gave her 8 year old to the state because she can't take care of them.so would you give him the money? knowing that he can't pay it back

hi, first of all , i really pity u, a 33 yrs old not is not working and depend on u!
u have to ask urself, r u willing to give him that money? who will look after the baby? you? what about urself? do have lots of savings? how many time u can help him? or he is ur only son, u have to help him?
i know u have a decision already, but just to remind u, u have to look after urself first, cos u r a widow.
think twice before u give the money!

i PROBABLY WOULD GIVE IT TO HIM FOR HIS CHILD BUT HE WOULD HAVE THE UNDERSTANDING THAT I WAS DOING NO MORE. At 38 years old he needs to be standing on his own 2 feet & quit depending on u for everything. That is ridiculous to start with. As long as u continue to bail him out he'll never stop. Think this would be the ideal time for some tough love as they call it. Let him stand on his own 2 feet, u will be doing him a favor.
