Hello friends and dear mylotters, After an accident, what would you choose or prefer? Would you still be thankful that you have a survived from a very bad accident, but you are totally bedridden.Only your mind is working, but your body is totally paralyzed, that you could be a burden to your family for the rest of your life. Or,would you rather wish you could have died from that accident than seeing your family suffering and be a burden to them? What do you think friends and dear mylotters?

That is hard. I had a terrible accident in 2006 and fractured my heel. I could not walk for over 6 months. I had to have surgery to have a plate and 9 screws put into my foot to hold all the pieces together. I had to relearn walking and still have a slight limp and pain every day. I see what misery it inflicted on my family to have to care for me for that short time and it broke my heart. I am not sure about having them do it forever - that is not fair to them.

as long as we live, there's always a chance to move on and be hopeful for a better life. you know, i lost i lost a computer that has almost three years of my memory and small achievements that I never thought before. I'd probably be starting over but it's alright with me because you know i can always start over, and still i got mylot here.

Hello friend, I can understand about your feeling. You see your family in some misery, but it is not like that. They maybe suffer some physical pain,a little burden and extra work for them, but,we can't say how happiness they feel when serving and helping us to get through. Of course, seeing you alive is what matters most...and it is a great consolation for them too that it is not a worst accident. You can think it is not fair for them..but for them,it is fine and worth suffering, for they love you more than you can think of. Thanks for your response and have a great day always

my option depends on situation.. After an accident,if i am leaded to be totally bedridden and still need the incessant medicine costing my home a lot,i prefer to die rather than being a heavy burden.i know all people loving me are absolutely not allow me to do this and will be hurt.. i do not have enough encourage to get over and can not bear torturing Time can cure everything,i hope they have a better way of living after my passing if i am not a spender-trouble,i will survive with my family members and more cherish the rest of my life.meanwhile, always appreciate

Hi,dear friend, certainly I would be thankful if I could survived a bad accident. How could you know your family would regard you as a burden?I think they would be overjoiced to see you alive,no matter how badly your condition is.As far as you are concerned, just make the best use of your rest days.Realize that its a great favor God has ever done to you,and its also a best time for you to recherish everything around you.Think about Steven Hawking.I cant think anything worse than his disease. Can you?

Hello my bonita..it all depends on the situation...If I would just survived to be a burden of my love ones and no hope of recovering then of course I would rather die from that accident..but of course it is really still nice to feel alive with good health and physically fit...but since we didn't own our lives then we don't have the right to take it untimely, because we didn't own that. The best for us to do is wait and pray (if you still believe in prayer) hard not to let the victim suffered more from the accident he/she got. I just hope your friend could survive... Mobhomeir

Hi jaiho, If i am given the chance to live from that accident even though i am bedridden, God has a purpose for this...i will let Him decide for my life. I think i still have a mission to take despite my being paralyzed and bedridden-- i know i will not be a burden for my family. this is their chance to show how much they love me-- how much they care for me and how much they can sacrifice to support me. Sounds self-centered but i think my family will learn so much from this incident. Although even if i am so mobile and active they always make me feel loved and special.

hello friend, What a good reply, yah,i too believed that God has a purpose for whatever happened to us. God might have some reason or mission why He let you live thu bedridden or paralyzed. It maybe God's way of sending His message to you/us nor to our family. It maybe also one lesson to give us warning or,to give us reason to think why it has to happen. thanks for your response and have a great weekend ahead

I think your last thing that you can do is to trust in God and faith healers. Only miracle can bring you back to normal condition.

There is also eastern medicine, spiritual and chakra healing, crystal healing, herbal remedies, nutrion, and supplementation. I think western medicine tends to make things much more difficult with little success and major detriments. Not only a miracle can bring you back to normal condition, but so can proper education, and care, and access to appropriate assistance.
