The main thing to bargain hunting is no matter how good a deal something is if you don't need it it's not a bargain. Sometimes people see great deals and end up spending money on things they don't need. Here is a sample of true bargain hunting. My family takes their food to work. To do so they need zip lock baggies. But they throw them away after one use. So I buy 2 "grades" of baggies. The expensive ones for putting things in the freezer then ones from the dollar store to use on lunches. It saves a lot of money and suits the purposes we use them for.

well, i do read the flyers that come to my door and i do check sales but i mostly shop at thrift stores. its amazing what you can find there! sometimes you can find new stuff or even antiques! i have been fortunate enough to find both. it also takes patience!

Very True, not only in the states, the crises is Global. In my personal opinion , everything happens because their is a purpose. Maybe God is just knocking our head , to tell us to lessen our materialism. I hope you agree with me. Nice meeting you friend. Good night.....

I would suggest: Use coupons for grocery shopping, Use cashback sites for online shopping, Shop around - don't buy everything from the same store, Sell possessions that you no longer need or use on eBay, See what you can get on 'Freecycle', Go to local markets and buy direct from farmers, Most imporantly - stay financially savvy, manage your money and budget effectively!
