what do women want in men?

I look for a few things. A man needs to be a good listner. That is the key thing. Good communication skills is a must and just a nice out going person in general. I have a sneaky way to finding out if a person is acting nice or if they really are nice. Go out to dinner with them a few times between 5 and 8 times should do it. If that person is always nice to the waiter/waitress then they are usually a nice person in there evryday life. If you notice that they are rude, and disrespectful to your server than 9 times out of 10 that is how they treat people in there evry day life, and are just putting up a front for you.
