how to request the payout amount from trekpay

hi mylot friends,i am doing trekpay since more than 4 months,i have not claimed my payout last time do to some difficulties,now once again i have crossed my payout,now i do not know how to request my payout amount to trekpay,i have opened the site,went to in to account section and then i could not know what to do,i think some of my mylot friends received the payout from trekpay,kindly guide me in this regard,happy mylotting

Hello yugasini You have set you payment amount and account? If I have not mistaken, the payment is automatic. however now it take 2 weeks due to fees impost by paypal. you just have to wait and you would find the amount in your paypal account.

hi iwrite, thanks for the quick response,i have reached my first payout long back itself means two months,but why they have not send my first payment till now,i could not check up my account details on that time,i do not know how to request for payment now my payment amount crossed 11 bucks,what to do?have a nice day

That is why you need to check to see if your payment account or your payout amount is set. you would be able to do that in your account. I hope I was able to help. cheers.

Actually, as far as I know, it is automatic. Check your payment settings to ensure you have things right there.

hi rg0205, thanks for the quick response,i do not know what to do now,how to put a request to trekpay administration for payout,last time also they have not paid my payout once again i have crossed the payout amount,now what should i do?kindly suggest suitable remedy to get the payment,have a nice day
