What is your favourite roast dinner?

I love a roasted dinner and will make a full roast for Sunday lunch. I love have the meat, potatoes and vegetables all with a lovely righ gravy. I would have to say my favourite meat for this meal is Lamb, it soo delicious with ravy and mint sauce. How about you?
