When Is love blind?

I always hear this saying" love is blind". My parents used to tell me that there is no such thing as blind love. But I used to hear my friends that love is really blind. I am falling in love with someone who is known to be brat in our place. They said that I do not have bright future with him. Then they sigh and said " love is really blind". What do they mean?

If someone is always careful and intelligent in love, this one doesn't love with all his/her heart. But being blind is not being stupid. First, you should look for a good partner with the eyes "bright" enough to rely on, then you can be blind and let your true love show you the way with his bright eyes.

I remembered my friend who always says that love is not blink. She said it's wrong. For her lovers are blind and not love. But she's got a point. Anyway lovers will be blind or love can be blink when you can see you are doing the wrong thing for your partner or both of you are doing the wrong thing but still you are doing it and not stop it. That's maybe the case when love or lovers are blind.
