Further study or go on working

I have a question: should i go on working or for further study? My work is not very good, that is, my payment is not high, but the environment is good for me. One of my colleagues go to another company and obtain a good paymnet. What i want is a high position, not only the high payment, but my degree is bachelor,!if i go for a further study, the problem is i may not find the work after graduatin.so i am puzzled by the problem. what should i do? Do you have such problem like me? Didcuss the question, i want to find a method to solve it! Thank you everyone for discussing.

Hi Zhenzhong, Welcome to Mylot! If you have the time, money and determination to go on further studies go ahead-- maximize your time while you're still young. As you get older and you already have a family of your own it will be difficult for you to do further studies and at the same time work to earn for a living for your family. now if you have all the resources to continue with your studies and quit work for a certain period of time do it now... or else manage your time efficiently so you can do both--working and studying at the same time.
