HELP! For those who already used godaddy.com! HELP!

here is the scenario!
I purchased a domain name from godaddy.com unfortunately i do not know how to use it! LOL! I want to use my purchased domain to a freewebhosting site, for example: i create a account at freewebs.com then, what i wanted is that everytime i type the domain name that i purchased, the page that will load will be the welcome page of my freewebs.com website.

Does godaddy not offer html fields and codes so as to be used as a website or are they entirely just a domain name holder? I am not sure what to tell you but I suppose you could easily search the web or even godaddy for items such "building a website and linking it to my domain"...

For every problem, you will find a solutions and the solutions is available with godaddy too. Please check with their online support services and would help you to solve your problem.
I think you need to use your free domain space with your domain name purchased from godaddy.. this concept called domain redirection.. so consult them once for this services.
