Okay...I watched pacquaio-cotto fight awhile ago online and I happen to get some kind of virus on my laptop. I'm not sure what exactly it is...since I am not good at computer programming and such. I am having a hard time how to delete it. It's win32 kind of virus I think. And there is "Windows File Protection" appearing on my screen. I've downloaded a spyware and anti-virus software online but it seems not working. (I am nose bleeding now....lolz...) Help please....thanks!!!!!

the same thing happened to my laptop- it got a virus off of the windows update website and was wrecked. if you cannot fix your computer, there is one last option; but you might not like it. its called -DESTRUCTIVE SYSTEM RESTORE - if you press f11 or f12 depending on what kind of machine you have, press f11 or f12 just before windows boots up. it might take several tries- now if your pc has this option- it might not, you'll see a new page that shows the logo of who built your machine- campaq, dell gateway .etc and there will be several options including regular restore and destructive system restore.-this may be under "other options" so don't press anything real fast.too make a long story short, using destructive restore will return your computer to the original factory settings, free of viruses and spyware.like when you first got your laptop.there is a catch however;ALL YOUR PERSONAL FILES,DOWNLOADED MUSIC,DESKTOP THEMES,VIDEOS, AND PERSONAL SETTINGS will be gone.use this option only if you have no choice.your last resort to save your computer. hope this helps.when my laptop was destroyed, I had to trade in my xbox 360 to get another computer, and man I miss my xbox.

The simplest way to make your Pc malware and spyware free is to know about them first. And to know about them you must have to scan your PC. The simplest way to scan you pc for malware and spyware is available at "http://techinfo.co.in/wordpress/?p=1153" . Its free and costs no any charge for that. Try this......

danitykane. I swear by AVG9 and its free so download it and be sure its updated then let it scan and destroy your virus. Also there is a thing called a spyware that is instead a really'nasty virus that people have downloaded thinking it was a real spyware. so install AVG 9 the very latest in anti virus protection and free,it will get rid of any virus.

Okay you can try this things. First, download or purchase a very good anti-virus software. I'm using kaspersky internet security and I can say it's very good. Install it and update it. Then scan your computer. Scan everything. From hard drives to memory. If the problem is still there download or purchase a registry fix software. I suggest winaso registry optimizer or registry mechanic 9. They're both good. Scan your registry for problems and fix the faulty registry. Maybe that should solve your problem. shadow41

i am using eset nod32. it is handy, easy to use and ok for removing virus. It may not be free in any case, but u can find some good hearted people sharing it for free with license. I think its not that harmful but for safety you should remove it.
