how do you know if someone is your soulmate?

have you ever met someone that you had an instant connection with?they were easy to be with and you felt like you could share anything with them.maybe you felt like you had met before, if you have ever encountered anyone like taht. chances wer they were a soulmate. finding your soulamte can be an exhilarating experience while losing them can be devastating. but how do you know if someone is your soulmate?
do you ever try the feeling before? and maybe this make you dissapointed?

When you meet your soulmate it feels like you've known that person your whole life. Once you've met them it feels like your life is complete. That little part that was missing is now there. It seems as though everything that has happened in your life, good and bad, was a cosmic scheme to lead you to this person. And so you develop a peace with the way your life is, even if it's not or hasn't been what you wanted it to be.
