Do you have a favorite desert?

People either like sweets or they don't. I know some people can take them or leave them but I've always had a huge sweet tooth so I love deserts. Some of my favorite deserts have to be anything out of chocolate, whether it's chocolate cake, crepes with chocolate sauce, chocolaty brownies, chocolate souffle. Also, my mother's home made pumpkin pie, also fruit strudels, also cheesecakes (both the baked kind and the chilled kind), and I've been told I make some of the best. How about you?

I love anything made with chocolate except German chocolate cake. Don't know why but have never liked it. I also love strawberry shortcake but can only get it in our area certain times of the year. I can buy frozen strawberrys but it's not quite the same.

I love deserts and it's probably a huge problem for me. Sometimes I can forget dinner and just go out for desert. I've had to dust off the treadmill lately. LOL. I don't really have a favorite . . . it's all so good!

Oh I know I'd rather eat dessert any day, rather than an entree. Well, that is if it didn't go straight to my waistline! No I can't complain because I work out regularly and don't really have issues with weight fortunately. That reminds me because one of these days I'm going to buy a really good treadmill.

hi ilyzium yes my favorite dessert is a rich dark chocolate pudding, also I love german chocolate c ake with lots of coconut shreds ontop of it. It is soooo good. Also I love lemon meringue
pie, and thick chocolate milk shake with lots of ice cream in it. this is making me drool help I am hungry.

Oh yes I see what you mean about lemon meringue pie- love that!! I've never tried to make a pudding at home, although I did make those chocolate pots before which are quite yummy. German chocolate cakes is also pretty good, I mean it's pretty hard to ruin chocolate I think. Ooh maybe time for you to go raid the fridge Hatley. ;)

I have a sweet mouth.sweet mouth because I absolutely love desserts.I love chocolates.I love chocolate cakes,brownies,and chocolate ice cream.I also love cheesecake.I love egg pie and brazo de mercedes (egg cake).I can skip the main meal and go straight to dessert.

Ha ha! You sound like me because I've been known to go out somewhere for dinner, and just order dessert, rather than the actual entree or food. Yes I enjoy anything chocolately as well. I've tried egg cakes and pies before but not really crazy about them, though I do like creme caramel.

I know what you mean my tooth is beyond sweet. I love many different deserts. They all taste so delicious. One of my all time favorite is cheesecake. I absolutely love it. I would fight someone over my cheesecake. Well by now everyone knows not to mess with me and my cheesecake. But I also love tiramisu, but I truly love the one at Olive Garden. I don't know what makes the one there different from any other place but I can just feel the difference when I'm eating it. It usually brings a use smile to my face when I take a bite of it. I enjoy a lot of chocolate things as well. But majority of sweets are ok by me.

Oh yes I would agree with you on cheesecake because I love that. I also agree with you on tiramisu because that's one of my favorite deserts too- forgot to mention that one. I think I have the best recipe for it in the world, and I've been told it's even better than the one you'll find in restaurants. You know come to think of it I haven't had cheesecake or tiramisu in a while, maybe I should make some next weekend...I still haven't eaten at Olive Garden though will one day I suppose.

It's normal to us that we find sweets after a lunch or dinner.I simply love the chocolates or graham cake and panacotta. I think desserts have potion to make people addict into it.
