Why does mylot recommend paypal premier account?

I have been recommended by mylot to open a paypal premier account.I have a personal account with paypal...So do I need to open another paypal premier account?why do they recommend premier account,what are its benefits????? Moreover is there any compulsion that the paypal account and the mail account used to sign in to mylot should be same?????
