I don't understand why didn't he just pwn voldermort rather than get killed by hermione?

What are you talking about? I don't remember Hermione killing anyone. She stabbed a horcrux with a basilisk fang. That's not killing a person. That's just getting rid of a piece of Voldemort's soul. Many people helped with that including Voldemort himself. Could you explain the question a little more, please?
