Whats the proper way to ask a girl out?

What do you think is the proper way to ask a girl out?
A) just go up to her and say, "Hey wanna go out sometime"
B) text her "wanna go out"
C) send her an email
D) Having any other advice
If you could comment i'd app. it since im thinking about asking a girl out that i love, but dont know the proper way to do it. Any Advice would be great =)

slay.. dude... if you like a girl, i say be polite and man enough to ask her out.. dont be cocky or else she'll automatically reject except if she likes guys like that.. just start with a mini conversation and in the end if you have both established a bit of good talk then that would be a good time to like as her if she would like to go out again some time.. :) goodluck

Hi slayperk. I think the best way is to ask in person. It seems more personal and polite. Simply say: would you like to go to a movie with me on saturday night?
