Bad habits are good for your health?

Oh, I see you raised your eyebrows!:-) Lately I'd read an online article about those kind of bad habits that has positive side effects of our health. Such as, Anger is good for blood pressure, even though it can rise blood pressure but at the same time expressions of emotions can let off a head of steam and blood pressure will drop. Video games contribute to obesity but boost metabolism as well. While playing video games heart rates speedup and tended to use more energy and breath more quickly. Thus makes someone lose weight, it is more useful than watching television. Swearing eases your pain though it is not good for people surround you. Stress improves learning skills and memory. Fidgeting helps lose weight. Those are some of the bad habits that been proved through research by scientist.
